Introduction

The establishment of Sahabat Ukur Consultants represents a long-term vision of its founder, Lsr Hj. Mahmud Bin Ali, which began during his university years in the late 1980s. Driven by determination and perseverance, and after navigating nearly 14 years of professional challenges and growth, the firm was successfully established on 8th February 2001.

Prior to founding the firm, the founder accumulated over nine years of experience serving with a Licensed Land Surveying firm based in Kuala Lumpur, where he was actively involved as a Land Surveyor. His professional journey coincided with the rapid urban development of Kuala Lumpur, providing him with extensive exposure to large-scale and high-impact projects.

Throughout his career, he contributed to several prominent developments including KLIA, KLCC, the Middle Ring Road (MRR), Genting–Sempah Road, Genting Highlands, as well as various residential, condominium, hotel and plant projects. These experiences formed a strong technical and practical foundation, ultimately leading to the establishment of Sahabat Ukur Consultants, a Licensed Land Surveying firm that commenced operations in Kluang, Johor, Malaysia.

Today, the firm continues to build upon this legacy of experience, delivering professional surveying and land development consultancy services with a commitment to precision, reliability, and excellence.
